Stats are not updating all stats are O’s . I placed all the new banners yesterday and no traffic at all. Plus when will the old stats be transfereed to the new platform?

We are aware of the delay in the displaying of the revenue data, as well as all data being 0 in the Performance Report. We have escalated this matter, and are awaiting feedback.
However, with regards to traffic data, if you view the Campaign Report, you will see that you have both Impressions and Clicks for August reflecting in this report. The old RTG platform is still operative, and you can login to that platform at any time, should you wish to view the current status of your revenue for the month of August thus far. I am certain that the new platform data will be reflecting correctly very shortly.
Regarding past months data, as mentioned in previous communication, we will not be adding the data to the new platform, and have thus kept the old platform operational as a means for affiliates to be able to access and view data specific to the months prior to launch of the new platform.
I will keep you informed on the status of the stats as soon as I have received feedback.

We have fixed the error in the stats not showing, and you should now see data in all reports (with the exception of the Payment Report).
We are monitoring stats closely, but please let me know if you find that there are any other problems.

Well the new stats do show a little activity for me. I just saw your link to the old stats and checked…..lol. Seems I an down about 30k, where do I go from here?

dcbonus: I can assure you that we always provide our affiliates with accurate stats. There will be differences in what is displayed in the old and new platforms, as the old platform, being with RTG, would display the data quicker than the new platform. If you feel that your stats are incorrect, then please get in touch with me. I am more than happy to check on the stats for you, and work with you in getting TrueEarnings.com generating revenue for you.
pdjoe: yes, you have had a big winner that resulted in your revenue taking quite a big hit this month. I have sent you a PM with a complete explaination of how this will affect you. As you may know, we do not carry over negative balances, so if your account is still in negative at the end of August, come September 1, you will be back to a “clean slate”.

I start promode Atlantic Lounge back in 2006 when neteller and things still was in Top.
Stats from the first 4 month 2006-08-01 to 2006-11-30 :
Downloads: 442
Signups: 147
Initial Deposits: $0.00
Depositors: 0
Deposits: $0.00In the same periode last year i got 500+ new deposit players on the other casinos i promode.i send you traffic from the same sites.
After 2006-11-30 i stop promode Atlantic Lounge (i ownly had a few banners online) and still have.
And by the way i see NO data in any reports on the new stats site ?
I think of all the players 1 should deposit according your statistics.

Dcbonus: as stated in my previous post, I am more than happy to assist you by whatever means possible to determine the reason for Atlantic Lounge not producing any reasonable return for you on your traffic. However, I can only do that if you help me to do so. Please, send me your account information via email (Kamiel@trueearnings.com) or send me a PM with the info. I will thus be able to look at your stats and do my best to get to the root of the problem.
It should also be considered that when comparing stats, it makes sense to compare apples with apples. It should be taken into account what bonuses were on offer at Atlantic Lounge at the time, and how those compare to the offers at the other casinos you refer to. Another point to look at is whether you are comparing Atlantic Lounge to casinos on the same software platform. There are a number of factors, as you well know, that can determine whether or not a casino produces results from the traffic you send. Atlantic Lounge has come a long way since November last year, and many affiliates can attest to the fact that Atlantic Lounge has produced results for them.
