I would like to see answers from the rushmore team asap.
There must be something wrong if all of you having trouble converting.
I rather see facts in stead of speculations.

same here… conversions bad but i am noticing it with other RTG too
Since I made comments in this tread I’ve got a player that has come back to play. He origionaly only deposited $25, now he has deposited over 1K in a couple of days. That’s a little obvious.
I doubt there’s a connection. Mine certainly haven’t moved.
Could just be weekend action.
cant believe no one is not here replying since the 13th!!! Even if busy, you can post something.
Otherwise we will tend to believe this is how players are treated too?

Everything’s fine, no need to get excited.
Processing is a little weaker this month, but that’s something that goes up and down for everyone (and it’s exactly the same for all RTG casinos at the moment). We’re working on it, and I believe things will be picking up quite soon.
Some payments were sent a bit late this month (today instead of the 15th). If you were one of the affiliates who’s payment was sent late, I apologize. I wasn’t informed that they would be sent late.
The stats are fine.
Just a quick update about my “missing” January payment…
Basically — I was wrong. :1circling
I had confused two wires. One was from Prime Gaming, and the other was from C-Planet. I had the two mixed up…

Edited because there is a reporting problem with stats remote, when I logged into the program my stats have moved up to the range I feel is more appropriate and to my satisfaction, I hope it keeps up! Thanks Rushmore:hattip:
