Dont know if anyone else is having trouble…… but the stats have not uppdated since friday night…..
Cant wait for the stats to uppdate… its killing me!!! :help:

I have sent a request to RTG to reset the stats feed… I will make sure is complete in the AM (EST). Our apologizes for the experience.

The stats are not uppdating again.. just like last week. Been down since Saturday. I am sure they will uppdate with actual numbers. Although when the stats do this on a regular basis affiliates will question what is going on in the mean while…. and could lose faith in the program….. just my 2c

I just got off the phone with RTG and they have refreshed the stats. It took approx 15 mins to get them updated on your orginal post. I understand you frustration – I feel the same… actually, even more so.On a positive note, we will be integrating to one login VERY soon. The structure of our new platform does not rely on the RTG affiliate software and we will not experience these problems thereafter. Thanks for bearing with us during the transition. I assure you, your experience will be much smoother very soon.

Ryan, When can i start using the new stat system? I logged in but could not find a private label download link, like the one being used with the old system…..

I’ve just come to post the same thing – more or less. Stats stopped updating around Thursday of last week. As of this morning, my commission up to that point has been transferred over to the ‘earnings’ report. That means any commission from Thursday to Sunday midnight has not been added.
I’ll get on it now and follow up shortly.
Okay, the stats will be updated in the next 5 mins.
casinotime – I will give you a week’s notice as to when PU will be completely integrated with the new platform. I expect the final details to be wrapped up this week.
tryme1 – the update sill refresh your earnings if there was any activity under your account over the weekend. I expect that there was, so when the update occurs, I will take a look as well to confirm. I will follow up with an email either way.

OK, it’s updated and as promised the earnings section has updated too, adding a few hundred bucks to my commission. All good stuff.
