InactiveMine look okay.. did someone maybe make a killing at the blackjack table? I don’t think it was possible for us to go negative at AP before blackjack came along.. maybe thats changed?

InactiveYes they added blackjack. You can see in your “earnings stats” exactly were you lost. It can’t be from poker.

InactiveYea, but that is a HUGE lost I saw today too and my deposit I had in the BJ column is now missing.
Edit: I tried to go back and pinpoint the day my commision fell off but every day now under BJ says 0 now. Poker seems to be working fine.

InactiveThey are working on the blackjack stats I think because until today it didn’t show the loss just the bottomline. They must be getting this question a lot.

InactiveThanks for the replies, but what seems so ridiculous is that my earnings are from another affiliate (my sub affiliate) – who makes a serious amount of cash from the poker. To wipe out those poker earnings from literally thousands of players, two days in a row is crazy…
themacedit – I also can’t see the exact earnings for each section – I just get a report of NaN for blackjack revenue, poker tournament revenue etc making it hard to work out…

InactiveIt would be nice if the blackjack earnings were not bundled with the poker. This was also a concern of mine when I saw poker rooms adding blackjack. I don’t have enough players that it makes a difference right now, but in the future if it ever becomes a problem I will inquire about them removing the blackjack rev and just keep me on poker. In the long run if it makes me more money I don’t care, but I will not be a happy camper if my measly $500 a month poker revenue starts looking like nill month after month because of blackjack wins. I just feel like you should never have a losing day as an affiliate with your poker players. Poker revenue should be money in the bank and you should not have to sweat going backwards at all with poker. That is why I am actually working on my next site to be poker. It is more steady for me and if I log into my account and see I have made $1k, I know the worst case scenerio when payday comes is that I am banking $1k. That is a pretty good feeling and it is also nice to have the continuity in this biz. Blackjack has actually made me money so I am happy with it thus far, although I dread the day that I have a player wipe out my poker earnings. I guess it is all relative, if bj has been a profit center for you since they added it even after a few losing days, then I would just go with the flow. If you feel like it is hurting you then you may want to see if there are any alternatives but the odds say BJ will be a profit center in the long run. But I guess it is tough to come to any conclusion when you can’t make heads or tails out of your blackjack stats.

InactiveAGREED!
That is the problem with this blackjack issue, you should be able to chose. When it’s good, it’s good. This is the first month and has doubled what I earned. BUT when someone wins big I will also lose my poker earnings which wasn’t possible before. Catch 22, I may have chose to accept anyway.May 21, 2006 at 4:15 pm #692827Anonymous
InactiveBlackjack revenue is set up as a completely separate revenue stream. It will never affect your poker earnings no matter how much your players win. I’ll make sure both streams are separated and reflect individual numbers. This problem will be fixed as soon as possible. I’ll post as soon as it is.
Thanks for your patience,

So you are saying, if i make $100 in poker and lose $100 in BJ….I still get paid poker. Maybe do to the problems, it is not reflecting that way now. Just wanted clarification.

InactiveThis still hasnt been fixed – on the 15th June I made $28.91 from poker, and -$39.61 from blackjack. The total is -10.70 which has come off my earnings from other days this month.
On 18th May, poker earnings were $44.99, but blackjack losses were -$144.43. My earnings report shows a deduction of -$99.44. I also had a deduction on the 19th May ($33.04 earnt in poker, $-41.73 lost in blackjack, $-8.69 taken off earnings).
This clearly isn’t right – it needs recalculating for last month and this month – since I had deductions of $108.13 over 2 days in May, but should have actually got 78.03 – so was paid $186.16 too little…
I hope this makes sense
