InactiveNevermind it moved up a buck, woohoo I still cannot understand how you can go from making 1k one month to less then 100 bucks the next, seems everytime we have a good month the next is just plain bad, what happens to the players the next month that were spending away just the month before?

alephMemberMy stats finally updated….in the wrong direction! Duwayne was prompt with an e-mail response though..says they’re upgrading their servers and all should be well by Friday. I’m going to give them the benifit here, they seem like a good group so far. (I’m a newbie at this and they have been very helpful.) I’ll keep you posted.

InactiveThanks for the vote of confidence – the casinos are busy doing an MGS upgrade which will allow among other things the implementation of the instant free spins/play promotions across more than one game only.
I will keep you updated as we roll this out.

alephMemberI’ve only been in this game about 3 months, so please, if I’m wrong about any of this correct me.
I joined RB on the partnership deal…so much CPA depending on how many deposits made and months active, plus lifetime revenue share for that player.
I have just one player so far that made the minimum required 2 deposits in the first month to earn a $50 1st stage CPA. Apparently this player is doing well, up about 230 and my profit share went negative. Fine, I understand that. BUT…….the $50 cpa for this player has been deleted. The player is still active, no charge back or fraud or anything of the sort. I have read the T’s&C’s for the partner deal model 10 times and don’t see anything in there about loosing your CPA if the net goes negative.I realize this is pretty small potatoes as far as the amount of money involved, but that’s not the point. I want to know how a CPA that has meet the requirements for me to make a commission can just disappear. I was told by my Affiliate Manager that this would be looked into by Friday, after the server updates were complete. Didn’t hear anything, but I did get an email telling me there was to be an extra CPA for all new players in December. I sent another email early this afternoon, no response. I’m really steamed about this, because now I do not meet the minimum threshold to be paid for last month, and I had $45 or so dollars rollover from Oct. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm……..

InactiveHi mikepcbeach,
The 2 players you have acquired have made a single $50 purchase and have received there bonuses. As they have not made a second purchase there is no CPA due for these players.
You cannot loose your CPA if the players revenue is negative. The criteria for the CPA is as follows:
“5.2.1.1. In a calendar month an Affiliate will earn $50 Partner Deal Commission for every newly acquired Active Casino Customer who has made a second successful purchase at the same Merchant Casino.”
Best regards,

InactiveHi Wayne
Is there a stats display issue at the moment? Well there is, but just wondered if you knew

In the “Classic Revenue Share Report” for November I see a figure that’s about $1k more than in the “Monthly Payment Summary Report” for November. No chargebacks showing either. For what it’s worth, December shows the same in both so that’s ok. Any ideas?
Cheers

alephMemberI really don’t mean to be rude, but the system WAS showing a $50 cpa for 1 player for about 2 days, then about the same time others were having trouble with stats updating it didn’t show any cpa. I don’t mean to imply that my stats were deliberately manipulated or changed, but something is clearly wrong here. How could it show up one day and be gone the next? I know you guys wouldn’t do something like that deliberately…even the most crooked group wouldn’t bother over a measly $50 bucks, and I believe your program is honest. But I know what the report said. If you’ve pulled the reports and my player didn’t qualify, I understand that. Fair is fair. But I assure you…the system WAS showing a player at stage 1 of the CPA model up until Thursday. At least that’s when I noticed it changed. The $50 is not that big of a deal, I’m not sweating it. I just don’t understand how the report was wrong in the first place. I appreciate your concern in this matter, and I apologize If I came across the wrong way.

InactiveHi there Mikepcbeach,
Yes you’re right we certainly wouldn’t damage a relationship with one of our partners over $50 – we wouldn’t do it for any amount of money.
What we do fuss over are our relationships, please see the email in your inbox from your account manager Duwayne.

Cheers,
Shane

alephMemberI just want to let everyone know these guys went out of their way to try to find out what was going on with my stats. Although no explanation for the error in the report can be found, they were willing to take me at my word and offered to pay me the $50 out of good faith, even though they have pulled the player reports and gone over them by hand and they seem to confirm the stats that are live on the server. Fair is fair, and I declined the money as I don’t want to be paid for something I didn’t earn any more than I want a mistake to work against me, but I thought it was a hell of a good gesture on their behalf.
Anyway, just thought I should mention it here after taking such a harsh tone initially. Glitches happen.December 7, 2006 at 12:26 am #718144Anonymous
GuestHi all,
I’ve been around a long time now and like many old-timers, have had issues with many programs.
What I have to say about RB is that at one time my earnings fell off to such dismal amounts that i took them off my sites. True to their contract with affs, they continued to pay me for residual earnings. Eventually … this over more than a year’s time … all the while my not listing them …. my residuals actually grew to earning more than any casino I currently had listed … and to very impressive amounts.
at first I thought it possible they were … well for lack a nice way to put it … trying to buy their way back onto my sites. Thus the reason I continued to not list them despite the great earnings. after a year’s time I decided they had earned their way back onto my sites.
This speaks volumes to me about their integrity and although I currently don’t make spit with them … I keep them listed …. though not always in prominent traffic spots because financial logic forces me to go with who is making money.
That said, I hope things do pick up.
Anyway, I’d not be speaking up if i didn’t think they deserved it.
my 2 cents.
