Does the negative balance carry over month to month or does it ZERO out at the end of the month?

SatyaHow is that working for you?
November 22, 2004 at 12:08 pm #658106AnonymousInactiveFergie, gambling is a game of chance and players will win at times. And one should be aware of the fact that the house always has an edge in all games. Affiliates on revenue share are aware of this, apart from the fact that our properties have a strong player retention and generate high player values.
However we make exceptions in case of big wins and reverse the negative balances. But the affiliate needs to address this issue to their respective account managers or affiliate support.
Aceup, if you can mail me your tracker id, I will check your account and get back to you.
Thanks,

Just out of curiosity do you state on your website that affiliates are allowed to contact their aff managers if a big win appears on their account? If so, where?
November 22, 2004 at 3:56 pm #658113AnonymousGuestThanks, Satya.
I asked because the online gambling market is so highly competitive that most of the casino affiliate programs have chosen to not carry over negative balances.
Most affiliates don’t have such a large player base that they can afford to continue promoting a casino once the balance goes well below zero, since players often win much more than they deposit.
November 22, 2004 at 4:55 pm #658117AnonymousInactiveI am one of those who won’t continue to promote a casino once I am in the hole.
However, I always contact the program and let them know this.
Iglobal is probably one of most easlily contacted programs, they always respond asap. Their account managers (and everyone has one assigned) are usually reachable by messenger if you ask, and that helps immediate resolution. They are most focussed on affiliate communications – and not just the major affiliates,
newbies too. These account managers have some discretion in the matter and if you contact them and ask they will usually remove the negative.
That is why I am still promoting Iglobal despite the negative carryover – I have had that issue resolved asap every time.
November 23, 2004 at 4:03 pm #658155AnonymousGuestAffiliate service definately makes the most difference to me, also. Almost as important as conversions, IMO.
Satya does take very good care of affiliates.
