I think you’ve mistaken what the OP requires.
I believe your referring to the Google “site links” which are displayed by Google as addition to the search result for a give URL. This is done complete at Google’s discretion.
However the OP, wants a user star rating system.
It allows visitors to add a vote to each game, posts whatever on the site. The average vote is tallied and the star vote value is displayed for each item it’s used on.
