Speak to their affiliate manager Anthony. I know they are bad at answering emails but they do answer the phone. He is in a difficult situation because Stan James simply haven’t paid any affiliates for months as far as I can tell and the excuse about a technical problem with the affiliate software is wearing very thin. They could pay in a second if they cared to. I dont think the problem is in the affiliate dept, though. I think it is an attitude problem towards affiliates higher up the chain. Anthony keeps giving likely timescales for payments and the last one was for this week (its now Friday pm and nothing!). I am in same boat as you. They will pay in the end, but at what cost to their credibility.

No response from Anthony, just called and no one is there to answer, Sarah, Anthony Madeline etc none are there…
