Bumping this up
Well I’m a consulting CPA by day and I’ve worked with many people buying and selling businesses. You’re asking $10k for a site you’re saying will profit $1,500 the first year. So that’s 6.7 times earnings for a speculative site that may or maynot do well.
That’s just too risky.
Someone may give you $2k for it, but I wouldn’t think much more.
Just trying to help.
I am willing to accept any reasonable offer.
