InactiveDeductions are bonuses and progressive contributions. Chargebacks won’t bite you on the ass until about the 12th of the following month.
If you ask me, this is probably the most straightforward – albeit lacking in reporting functions – program there is. Updates take place every hour – you know exactly what is being deducted (and from my point of view the numbers look about right especially if your players like progressives).
You do make a shit load more money than I do LOL… guess I better start working harder!

Hmmm… I am just a small potato compared to you guyes, but I have to ask – Total Income, now this is the total of the money that has rolled through the games(I wouldn´t call that income,but..) Total payouts, now this must then mean winnings, not money taken out from the casino(Again I wouldn´t call it payouts).
So is that the amount of money poured in including bonuses? If that is the case then I do feel those stats are quite normal depending of course what bonuses are offered. Say if you get a match bonus on top of your deposit then the amounts wagered are doubled and thus it would seem that half of the profits were taken away some how, but the truth is they never were there – they were bonuses. Now if you would have given us the amount of deposits and withdrawals then one could have calculated your true net percentage of the gross profits to the casino.
I may be shooting in the dark here, but decited to say it anyway

Ps. I think your avarege player value is quite high as it is over 700 bucks, but maybe you are used to getting just high rollers

Guestthanks for the replies.
I knew Spear would have the “skinny”.
as to my income, it was a good month

note- In the 4 or 5 yrs I’ve been doing this; I’ve only ever had but 2 or 3 chargebacks, 2 at Spiral, and 1 at … I think it was Kiwi.

InactiveI don’t get that many chargebacks either… but when I do it often turns out to be sizeable… LOL…

… as it seems the only two chargebacks I have ever had to deal with were $1500 and $1000
– Now these were not with Spiral, but the BTD… makes you wonder doesn´t it?

GuestBTD struck me wrong the first time I went to check it out, and i’ve never given them another thought.
I felt they were insulting my intelligence with the whole “btd” thing.
If you’ve got to be the player before you can be the dealer; then it becomes just another angle on a rewards system except with them, you’ve got to be lucky enough to win your rewards and any casino will tell you that if you figure things on a short span, that it is quite easy to come out on the short end of the stick.
***************************************After getting PM’d by someone wanting to know how it is that I make 8 times what they make, I feel compelled to make sure everyone knows that the net profit shown there is to the casino; not to me.
I make 25% like everyone else. Throw in the cost of advertising and I’m probably losing money in Spiral’s case.
They have great conversions but don’t come close to other programs in player value for me.
