I believe you’re right – this is what I have been told too. Wagerjunction now handles the payments. Actually, I believe they have been quite close connected earlier on too.

Only bad thing is that stats aren’t available anymore…

Spectra has been tied to Wagerjuncion/ Windows since day one, but used to be under RTG software until now. Their customer service has always been completely unresponsive and this is one of the places I do not recommend players to join.
