vladcizsolMemberThanks BB1. Professional discussion and networking with our peers in an open atmosphere is what we have always aspired to at CAP. We aint perfect, but we do our best.
Of course it helps that we have the VERY BEST affiliate webmasters in OUR community here so it makes things much easier.

InactiveVery true, Professor and BB1.
Professionals can agree to disagree without any clashes.
I will be watching out for snakes in the grass – and CAP members will be sure to point them out in a timely manner.

InactiveI think that for some programs/persons, it takes going to that level where if you’re smart, you won’t go back no matter how good they later are said to be doing, because you know you’ve likely pissed-off somebody there to the point it would be stupid to go back[/quote]
I think the first half is dead right, the 2nd half is a given. Why go BACK to a program that has not only screwed you but dumped on you too?
If I consider a previously inept program (inept as in stupid, take me to the cleaners) for reinstating across sites it will be after careful consideration…sometimes this consideration is at the benefit of others.
I wait to see what transpires these days. I never jump on a new program.
This industry has been an eye opener for me. Wheel, deal, steal and pop a blade in your back…the things movies are made of.
I grew up in a country and atmosphere where things were done on a handshake and honoured as such. Something called the “right thing”. Word is taken as a given and a promise will be delivered. No matter what.
This does not occur often on the net and would make an interesting thesis. It has made me rethink the quirks and irks of human nature and re-evaluate the trust I would give ad-hoc to complete stangers.
Honesty and integrity have bowed down to the dollar and I find the screw everyone attitude that prevails in the new global market abhorent.
But, among that, there are many here who are wide awake and some are even friends. So, even in the dark times, human spirit prevails. As it should.

Repulsive as it seems – Im fairly certain I have several knifes in my back at this very time! Rather sad that some programs have no qualms when it comes to “making a little extra”
There are two (2) progams which I will NEVER return to – I doubt I have to mention their names – youve seen me bitch about them in the past. Im sticking with the ones that will at least pacify me with a piece of what I have coming.
But as you so elegantly stated its really sad that honest hard work is so often greeted with a greedy hand swipe instead of a hand shake!
