whats going on with your direct download links. i am promoting a white label casino and have a download button on my site. People are clicking on it but its not letting them download my casino? whats going on.?!?!?

Hi jmelwak,

I tested your casino download the exe operated correctly, but it was not tracking. I don’t believe you saved the exe correctly. In our Marketing Tools section, under CD/EXE Distributable, right click the link I need the .EXE file and click Save Target As. You can name the file what you wish and host the file on your site. This method does track correctly. Please let me know if your attempt is a success.

yes vegas underground is my site? i was just confused on why so many clicks yet not showing alot of downloads i will try to resave the .exe again.

Hi jmelwak,

We have a little problem… as you may have noticed, we have launched a new affiliate software platform that has some pretty amazing reporting capabilities, however it does not yet support the exe application. We are working on the exe and it shouldn’t be long until we release it again, but the focus on the launch was to ensure the basics were covered and we were still supporting all affiliates including private label affiliates. Having said that, you can still use the ‘direct download’ link which will serve the casino software right from your site. I apologize for getting you to redo your work, just to ask you to change it again. I did not foresee this or I wouldn’t have made the suggestion. I hope you understand and update your casino site with your new direct download link. I will let you know when we have the exe app ready for the new platform.
