    Nothing will happen in 2009 or 2010 on this, and Barney Frank is the last person I would rely on for anything after the Banking collapse as he oversaw Freddie, fanny and now with the new news Frank gave 12 million to an internet bank in his home town that was already in trouble for “misquided” decisions on how it spends money he will lose all respect before the year is out even in his own party.
