What about XXXX Bitter!
Aussie beer will certainly be available, even a few bottles of Vegimite will be passed around:hattip:
We wanted to have a full blown Aussie style barby in the conference area but we cant get the meat through customs so it will have to be marshmallow sticks and Vegimite :tongue:
Vegimite that sounds just nasty for some reason….
Vegemite is an aquired taste…
BTW Prof – despite what people around the world think, we actually don’t drink fosters.. its a crappy beer and you’d be lucky to be able to find it in a pub here… well, unlucky maybe…
Most people here drink Carlton Draught, Coopers, Tooheys etc or my personal favourite, Pure Blonde.You guys are going to have a ball!
Train up for CAP Australia!Have to support the home state beers so add Boags and Cascade to the list. Although Coopers Sparkling Ale would have to be my favourite.

I’ve been here for almost 8 months, and I am yet to SEE a Fosters.
Spot on Renee, getting hold of Fosters in Australia is like getting hold of Durban Poison in Durban. It don’t really exist:wink-wink
Isn`t Fosters export only so that`s why you don`t find it in Australia?
