InactiveWell, all I can say, is that my daughter, who is a Junior in college, just got a prestigious, paid Internship with a Fortune 100 company for this coming summer. And the entire job revolves around putting this company on the map in regard to Social Media. So, in my house, Social Media is not overrated these days.

cashforaccountMemberI can imagine social media being underrated for sites that do not get much traffic. You need to think, unless you do not want to pay for FB ads you are only really going to get people to join a facebook group through your main site.
It is not as simple as making a FB page and Twitter account and they 100s of people join a day.

InactiveSocial media is just another instrument in the arsenal of the affiliate. It’s no magic bullet, that’s for sure (except in my household
