Could you please check, when i click on a banner it takes more than 10 -20 seconds before the casino page loads, a player does not wait that long.

some other things to look at :

– casino reviews are outdated
– xml feeds show winners until 28/7 can it ?
– slot tournaments schedule script is not working anymore
– log on time is too short

Could not agree more! What player would wait that long, they would move on and click a different casino site that will load instantly.

The server JPF is now using is very inconsitent, sometimes it loads nice, other times it won’t load, and much of the time it’s slow, slow, slow!

I would like to add the following:

I was on allslots and it loaded fast. After a minute it was not responding…

Same issue with alljackpots, wildjack

Allslots got clocked to 95 seconds to load!!!!

Because i had issues loading the other brightshare sites i believe they are all on the same server/network.

I am sure no player would wait 95 seconds yet alone, 15 seconds.

I tested multiple times.

please look into the issue, as soon as possible

Someone else please check site loading speed.

OK – an update one-by-one of what I have:

1. xml feeds – fixed – please let me know if you still see problems.

**winners feeds are for “today”
**progressive feeds show the highest winners, so some dates are well past.

2. casino reviews – the number of games is not always current to the most recent game add-on. We are working on developing a new format regarding the games. Other than the games, do you see out-of-date info here?

3. slot tournament script has been given a temporary solution – rather than just bringing up the scheduler, it brings up the entire All Jackpots page with the scheduler on it. We should have a better solution in the next day or two.

4. log on time is too short – if you mean that the BrightShare site asks you to re-login too often, we agree. This is being worked on.

And last, but not least at all, the time it takes for our website (and casino websites) to upload is too long. We agree and are continuing to work on this while maintaining our high level of security.

Hi Marcia,

Why can’t BrightShare/JPF just get a NEW fast dependable Host Server? Rushmore had that same problem and Ben moved everything to a new server, problem solved. True there was a few hours of downtime, but consider the customers that may be lost because of the problem. The reason I’m writing now is, I’ve been trying to get to my stats for the last hour and can’t get on??? It’s painfully slow trying to get on most of the time.

If BrightShare is concerned about money, these days you can get a dedicated server such as Dreamhost or Hostmonster for a very reasonable monthly price. If your worried about pagerank going down by switching servers, that’s what us affiliates are here for, no need to worry and I know it would help my blood preasure.

The jpf banner that leads to this jpf landing page – does it track each casino listed on it to us? ie.. Will we get credit if a visitor registers on any of those properties? I could have sworn I saw the btag when hovering over each casino listed on it but now I don’t.
