Hello CasinoPays,
One of your affiliates has created scraper pages which (A) pops-open a page with your casino brands, and ( redirects the visitors to a casinoguide.html page
What concerns me is that this affiliate has added my domain name (casinoguide.ws) into the pages.
*** Please DON’T CLICK on the google search results, or the second window with the casinopays brands will open in place of this current CAP window.
This affiliate is doing a smiliar thing with another one of his sites “illuminatedcalvino.com”
Would you please ask this affiliate to remove all references to my site (casinoguide.ws) from all his sites?
Thank you.

So far I have had about 120 site takin out by Yahoo within 24 hours. I also employ other techniques which I do not want to discuss. I know very well cpays practices in this technique. As for proof I have it. I would present in a court of law but the online gambling industry is unregulated in this matter. Instead all we can do is to be a little proactive and start taking the time to inform search engines.
I hope this helps and does violate Yahoo’s policies
Thank you for contacting Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo!”). Yahoo! respects the
intellectual property rights of others and we ask that our users do the
same. Accordingly, Yahoo! has established a policy for receiving and
processing notifications of infringement in accordance with the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), other applicable laws and/or Yahoo!
policies. While Yahoo! strives to assist, in Yahoo!’s discretion and accordance
with applicable law, in the protection of intellectual property rights,
your recent correspondence was insufficient to constitute an effective
Notification of Infringement (“NOI”) within the meaning of the DMCA
and/or as required by Yahoo! policy. The elements required for an
effective NOI, and the contact information for submitting a NOI to
Yahoo!, are set forth at:http://docs.yahoo.com/info/copyright/copyright.html.
Please be aware that you may submit a NOI in response to this e-mail.
To be effective, an NOI must contain substantially the following
(reproduced in relevant part from http://docs.yahoo.com/info/copyright/copyright.html):1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property
that you claim has been infringed;2. A description of the location where the material that you claim is
infringing is located;3. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the
reported use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property
owner, its agent, or the law;4. Your address, telephone number, and, if available, e-mail address;
5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above
information is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual
property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual
property owner’s behalf; and6. An electronic or physical signature by the person making the
submission (i.e., you or such other person authorized to act on behalf
of the complaining party). If the submission is made electronically,
the authorized person making the submission should designate his or her
electronic signature by typing a forward slash (“/”) before and after
his or her typed name and follow this electronic signature by again
typing his or her name. For example:/Jane Doe/
Jane DoeThis format is intended to represent a signature and typed name as is
customarily found within the signature block of traditional, or “hard
copy,” business correspondence.Once Yahoo! has received a NOI containing each of the required elements
detailed above, Yahoo! will expeditiously proceed to process your
request. We wish to thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this
matter. Please contact us if you have any questions or we can further
assist you in this matter.Regards,

copyright@yahoo-inc.comFebruary 3, 2006 at 1:59 am #682535AnonymousInactiveI had forgot to add, There is a really good chance it will be removed by Google by taking no action.
If its on Google then for sure its on Yahoo. So the above is for Yahoo. Yahoo is the one to really worry about. Its the worst of the worst.

February 5, 2006 at 7:31 pm #682744AnonymousInactiveHi LandofOz,
I have received your complaint and i will check in to that.
I will keep you updated on this issue.
February 5, 2006 at 11:54 pm #682766AnonymousInactiveIn my opinion its probably in your best interest to take down the site yourself. Its faster and more reliable. The major search engines make it very clear, pages that sole intention is to redirect is a violation of their policies.
The site is usually takin down within 24 hours.
February 7, 2006 at 11:55 am #682852AnonymousInactiveHello Eilon,
Thank you Eilon. I’ve tried contacting the owner of illuminatedcalvino.com and casino.w.kh.ua , but her registered email address of info@illuminatedcalvino.com bounced back. You may need to telephone her instead. Alternatively, why not just suspend her affiliate account, until she contacts you?
February 8, 2006 at 1:55 am #682922AnonymousInactiveLandofOz I really urge you to take my advice. Shut the site down yourself! Sometimes your approach works, contacting the aff manager to close the scraper account down sometimes work but there is a possibility it won’t.
I am not suggesting this is what going on here, but personally taking care of this issue through the propper channels I suggested will give you the piece of mind.
If I had just a little more time I would do it myself. A site thats’ sole purpose is too redirect violates all search engines policies.

If more programs get involved in this manner we may be able to stop the scrapers of the world. CasinoPays is showing that they always have our backs by shutting down this type of site!
Thanks again,
