InactiveYou don’t copy other people’s stuff without permission.
You don’t use their tags and keywords with the copy.
It is most definitely illegal.
Yeah, you did a bad job of stealing my ranking or my traffic, but thats not for lack of trying.
I am getting really pissed at blackhatters messing with my stuff and I am in the process of getting legal backing that will blow you guys out of the water.
And if the programs that pay you go with it, nothing I can do about that.
Cpays is saying you are not their affiliate because they don’t want us to think they deal with blackhatters, when in fact they undeniably do, the searchengines are full of people spamdexing for Cpays.
Stay the fxxx away from my site!

InactiveOfir wrote:Hi everybody,I’m owner of the website (xhttp://www.cpayscom-online-casinos.drix.co.il/contests/cpayscom-online-casinos/no-deposit-casino-bonus.asp).
First of all I should tell you I’ve remove the quoted text.
Now, in connection to all the things that have been said here:
1. I don’t understand why you (Dominique), think that my website claims its part of casinopays? It has never been written there.
2. Concerning the quoted text: Look, I don’t think it was illegal. I’ve quoted only two paragraphs! Except that, I’ve link to the website i”ve quoted it from! (and that’s why is it NOT content theft).
So what you’re so angry about?3. You claim I steal your ranking. In fact, I don’t see that my website has “stolen” your rankings. It’s poorly placed on 7th page for “no deposit casino bonus” in Google, if I remember well.
4. I’ve been participating in the CPayscom online casinos contest, and even won third place (“white hatly”). The “black hat” page has been added after the end of the contest as an experiment. (I’m white hat).
5. Concerning CPays: It’s funny you say I’m not your affiliate.
As you know (or not), every competitor must register in yours affiliate program, so I did. Except that, I’m much more than an simple affiliate: I’ve been today in CPays delegation in Israel’s offices, and I will work with you and run a casino portal… Nice to know you don’t recognize me as an affiliate.Have a nice day :hmmm:
Axxhxxe, nothing but a BH fxxkin s#!t face txxd head. Look at me I am a txxd head. Any BH bxxxs#!t is enough to what to eat fruit and s#!t fruit salad, fxxk head. greek39^*

InactiveHi,
I would have to comment on that stated above,
Ofir: If you plan on promoting cpays properties you have to follow the terms and conditions you agreed to when signing up with cpays, if you happened to miss it: http://cpays.com/terms.php . Thanks.
Dominique: Ofir is not our affiliate but he might become one in the future. He is registered in the cpays database as part of the cpayscom contest, and of course we would love to have him as an affiliate if he choose to do so, of course obeying the terms and conditions.
He is a new member in this forum and this is his first post. You should not be so hard on him as he did remove the content mentioned and eventually he will read around and understand the importance of this subject. :thumbsup:All the best,
Eilon

InactiveHello Eilon,
I am sorry, after being google bowled I have zero tolerance for blackhatters, scrapers etc.
And I am quite sure I can speak for all the white hat webmasters on this forum, which is by far the majority.
I also have zero tolerance for programs who hire them and once again suggest that you look closely at what your marketing department is doing as far as spamdexing goes.
You are hurting all of us severely with this, not in the pocketbook so much, but because you are pissing Google off big time. I have it on good word that they are cosidering putting a big fat disclaimer on top of gambling searches and leave the category to fend for itself.
This would be a huge blow for the industry.
Would you like to be the cause of that?
