Since the USA pulled out of online gaming how many of you affiliates still earn a salary of $50,000 and over yearly? I dont know how to set up a poll here but would be intersting to see it as a poll.

June 27, 2007 at 12:03 pm #740884AnonymousInactiveWell i sold my sites shortly after the pullout but did see a drop from 50k+ a month to 7k but my main target was the US so i had 75% US players.
Just in middle of launching a new site so am looking forward to seeing how things are now, with the huge growth in other markets such has the UK and European markets i have no doubt an affiliate can still earn a very good income if they have good seo & marketing skills.
June 27, 2007 at 1:15 pm #740888AnonymousInactiveI lost over 80% of my business with the US shutdown, since i decided to leave the market as a result.
Fortunately, i still bring in more monthly than i would with a job.
As i’ve said many times: Thanks Party Poker!
June 27, 2007 at 6:54 pm #740940AnonymousInactiveMy earnings are increased after US ban, and moreover the large part of my traffic is from US. And of course nobody will tell you how much he or she earns:tongue:
June 27, 2007 at 7:23 pm #740948AnonymousInactiveto people like me who started about 2 or 2 1/2 years ago some rooms closing to the USA was there greated thing that could happen . I started late in the game and a lot of players were already playig else where , but when sites started closing to the USa people were looking for places to play .
For ex . Millions of people had accounts on partypoker , when it closed to the us those millions were looking for other rooms to play at and thus new signups increased .
I can say that after the US pulled out i made some big income jumps and am seeing comissions increase monthly . And making a very nice living off of my sites .

That being said let me echo what Amcan said, even though we took a beating in terms of revenue. The earnings that are still coming in are better then most of us made in the private sector before becoming affiliates.
June 28, 2007 at 12:18 am #740974AnonymousInactiveI’ve lost about 50% of income, most players from US. In gambling since 2003.
June 28, 2007 at 2:34 am #740985AnonymousInactiveA slight increase – in the casino market.
But my big three clients are all Euro outfits (sports /casino / poker in one wallet) that do not accept Us players at all – so I think that it’s been fairly transparent to us.
I have noticed a lot of FREE PLAY american players signing up at places like pdc affiliates or reward affiliates – but 90% seem unable or unwilling to deposit.
