    Hi Dave,

    hope all is well for you and yours.

    Did WC ever change their method for signing up?

    I remember I tried to sign up for WC as a player, and there was some sort of problem getting your confirmation letters thru to players, which for me; was a big turn-off.

    of course I was contacted by you with some sort of alternate option for completing the process but to be honest, I couldn’t help but think to myself “well that’s good for me, but how many players are going to be lost because they didn’t bother to write support and tell them they never received the confirmation letter?”

    I’m just wondering if the signup process has been addressed since that happened; perhaps changing it so that it isn’t necessary to send out the confirmation emails; rather opting so that the player’s password and necessary info for entering the casino is produced immediately following the submit button (would be my advice), appearing on the page that comes up after the submit button is hit.

    Hi Steve,

    We have a problem with free mail servers like hotmail.com accepting emails from us.

    Casinos are being targeted by anti-spam blockers, whether we are guilty or not.

    You suggestion is a good one and I am passing it on to our programmers.
