For what it’s worth…
I just checked again – and one of my two accounts (the new one, as opposed to the one transferred from Brightshare) actually went UP slightly. The old account did not change.
Still – huge boo-boo on their part.
Boy Spear you really now how to make people who saw a massive drop in their commission feel better. You should have been a doctor with that bedside manner.

Dr. SpearSorry about that… but I did have a word with Serah about that as well. Had I been in your shoes I would have done exactly what you did.
Naturally, I’m no doctor… LOL…
