(http://www.gotomypc.com, although there may be something better out there, I don’t know but it is a great way to access your home computer while on the road especially for very important data that you don’t want on any other computer, also good for doing banking if you are too paranoid about doing it on the road)Loving some of the tools you have!! Am already off downloading them – For accessing my PC I have always found logmein.com really useful
Here is my most recent find – I love it xxhttp://www.piclens.com/site/ie/

Scratch2CashMemberGoing back to your computer from far away always seems risky or too high tech for some. However for the people using Mac out there the new OS Leopard has a great feature that’s included in the Only version of the OS. It’s called “Back to my Mac” and what it does is if you have a laptop you take with you and you wish to get files off your desktop at home you can access all the files as long as they both are running Leopard. The cool thing is the home computer can even be turned off, and in addition to that you can access any other Mac running leopard in the world and remotely access it just like your at the terminal (with permission), I have used this many times and its great when you need larger files because you see both screens and you can drag and drop the files from 1 to another.
Also for using multiple email addresses in one program like Trillian does a great new program out there is called Adium it is very streamlined and allows you to see your contacts in 1 list from MSN, ICQ, .Mac, Gmail, Yahoo and any other AIM.

VdpcevnjMemberJust to throw my two cents in about IM clients, I’ve always like http://www.pidgin.im/ as a way of aggregating multiple accounts into one client

ClubContMembermy friend send me the http://www.pidgin.im link about an hour ago and I see fintan has just posted. What a co-incidence and I am going to try pidgin since it uses google talk.

InactiveGreat thread John!

There is one application that has allowed me to keep my sanity and not be totally overwhelmed by the tasks necessary to perform my job. lol
If you are looking for a way to organize ALL of your business information in one place then Microsoft Office OneNote is the perfect software. I store things like, business contact info, media buys, link exchange, sponsor info./exclusives, staff tasks, payments, affiliate tags/banners for top programs, planned website structure to include SEO for each page.
You can import emails, paste information from any source on the internet and retain formating along with the URL to the source.

ClubContMemberhmmm, I was actually looking for a program to organize all my contacts into 1 convenient place and was wondering who uses FileMaker. I am in serious need of keeping track of everything I do from phone conversations, emails, messages, etc…
Am going to look at OneNote today thanks!
