It’s very probably (almost definately) inspired by your writing …
… but no – I don’t think that you have any right to expect it to be modified further or pulled down or banned or anything like that.
It’s changed enough that it would be considered to be unique content by search engines now.
After all, there are only so many ways to write this text and still stuff it with all those keywords.
