To answer your question yes the ladies work with affiliates but they are not hired for their looks I am quite sure but more for the brains they have. Not sure what your post is getting at anyway…Pics Please
haha, ok so i might have been slightly drunk when i wrote that post..i was refering to the modelling style shots they use for the affiliate managers in the referback control panel, didnt mean any disrespect to them, but they are hot..:hehe:

It’s still a male-dominated industry (other than the likes of CBG and bonustreak :tounge2:), so it’s a bit like releasing “virtual” Pheromones. Can’t say I blame them.

I miss Alida…. I also miss the honest managers that worked for RB and told it like it was…
I think we got em because our numbers have dropped and they are not giving us the heavy hitters to watch us anymore. We get stuck with pretty girls (that could be new aff managers) to look at in hopes we will give them more attention. (again just my opinion) but its genius if you ask me. A nice looking new affiliate manager eager to help the new guys but not to jaded in the business to work with small numbers.
I had Shane to…. I was asked to come to Chi town once for a private conference at one time as well… numbers dropped… Shane gone and conference canceled…All I have to say is if your not the cream you will be treated a bit 2nd rate till you can produce… its business done South African style… or just business.
For the record though RB has and always will be one of the best affiliate programs out there hands down. At least they don’t change things to often to screw affiliates. For example, like changing the codes and/or your commission deal without proper knowledge and ability to opt out. Or force you to use a payment option thats clearly in their interest for you to use and usually charge you for it. No RB will pay you ON TIME and THE WAY YOU WANT PAID without a bunch of bull****. For that I love em to death!

a bit funny about this… a few days before I posted this I noticed my numbers went to 0 overnight. This is the first time I noticed this type of thing. I asked about this via email and got a response unlike anything I come to expect of referback. After saying nice things about the program I realize I think RB shaved me. They for sure took away my sub affiliates earnings. WOW! Ill have to wait and make another post about this when I can.

There is no way we would have lasted as long as we have if we shaved players – its not good business!
That you saw stats disappear is concerning and I have my Business Intelligence team looking into it at the moment. As soon as I have an answer for you I will post a response.

LOL – rather than take awful passport style photos of the any of the new staff we’ve let them submit their own pictures.
Now Cape Town is a coastal city with loads of lovely people walking around – many who do some modeling at some time or another – so the ladies choose to give us those for their profile pics.
