If you’re referring to Google’s freshbot, all you really have to do is update the actual website, not add more sites to it. It also depends a lot of times on the size or importance of your content. Generally though, the more updating you do, the more updating they’ll do. Goodluck.

But will freshbots visit my sites daily if I am using the revisit after 7days metatag.

I’ve never used that Meta tag, well, not for years really, and I’ve got nearly one hundred sites that are visited daily and given fresh updates. Really, I think it purely depends on the content and not the tags.
