Just some friendly advise , i dont recommend you post the links for the paid text ads ,you should use tiny url or something .Google is really cracking down on these things ,many paid directories getting removed daily.

If google is cracking down on it as they say they are. I am sure key words on a site like “sponsored links” trigger a flag somehow. Either the site gets affected or the links net to the phrase… something is being done tha tis for sure
if it was natural link i dont think google would care as much.might be wrong too
