October 16, 2012 at 5:13 pm #828934AnonymousInactiveGoes to show ya how important the T&Cs are.
I hope this is not the beginning of a trend…
October 17, 2012 at 1:41 am #828958turbooddsMemberHey DOM – have not scene you around much – how are you?
Yeah when bwin.party (Bewinners) the rogue and predatory affiliate program first did what they did last year – I said this was the beginning of what were starting to see now.
So many companies are using terms and conditions to exercise shutting out affiliates. This is just another example of a “douche bag” program – simple as that.
Sad – so much more bad news today along with Poker Stars giving previous FTP affiliates the “F U” finger were not going to pay you.
Along with that you got sites shutting down like the once solid Program celeb poker who partners with the totally ROGUE and disgraceful and dishonest “EUROPARTNERS”.
Then of course the newly crowned “non payment” brand Guru revenue who are stiffing affiliates.
The list goes on – but those 4 stick out as soar thumbs and I am going to give every one of them as much negative publicity as i can.
They are all douche bags!
October 18, 2012 at 6:54 pm #829068AnonymousInactiveWell, I am going to have to catch up after my long hiatus.
I have been more or less absent for two years now.
Sites still running fine but I am afraid I am not up to date re. programs anymore and have a lot of home work to do. I should be back full force by the beginning of the year.
October 18, 2012 at 7:49 pm #829071EvelinessaMemberjust got word that they are going to be releasing some more info in the next couple weeks
October 28, 2012 at 8:54 pm #829357LadyHoldemMemberAt the end of the day, ANY affiliate program can turnaround and say F U and there is nothing any affiliate can do.
I’m a little surprised though by Ladbrokes, a publicly listed company on the stock exchange, which just goes to show that ANY program could be next….
October 31, 2012 at 11:15 am #829442QuebecAffMemberThank you for the feedback on this, of course, we’re not happy about the negative impact this decision has on our ongoing affiliate relationships and we have been trying to make this a smooth as possible for all our active affiliates. We would like to again express our sincere apologies for this undesirable change.
Ladbrokes does not accept US players and although our USA based affiliates were promoting us to a non-US customer base, we still had to cut our ties. As a public limited company, we are constantly monitoring risks to our current and future business. In the light of this, working with affiliates directly or indirectly associated with the USA is regrettably perceived as high risk for our future business in a potentially regulated US market.
All other affiliates remained unaffected and it’s business as usual.
Although this only affects a fairly small amount of Score Affiliates, we’re still mindful about the impact it has. Should our decision have directly impacted you and you have not yet made contact with us, please contact us on affiliatequeries@ladbrokes.co.
uk and we will be happy to discuss. October 31, 2012 at 11:20 am #829443turbooddsMemberON behalf of all affiliates!
“YOU ARE A DISGRACE”

My gut feeling tells me that this might be the beginning of a trend as one person commented already. I believe many other affiliate programs might follow suit since they would like to remain in the DoJ’s good books in the event online gambling is legalized in the US.
November 1, 2012 at 12:30 pm #829498AnonymousInactiveI love the, we just screwed you but new memers can join our wonderful program with the link at the bottom of the post!
Seriously, I am STILL waiting for my answer on my Score account????
November 1, 2012 at 2:41 pm #829500AnonymousInactiveI dont have time to do it myself, but if anyone has any articles they want me to post on this topic, send them my way.. You can include links in them too.
November 1, 2012 at 7:16 pm #829509AnonymousInactiveScore needs to buy out our players!!!!! This is not okay and I hope other affiliates realize they could be next! Score could decide to not work with Spanish, German affiliates at any time and steal players from other countries as well. I hope affiliates think long and hard about signing up to work with this program.
I have a blacklisted page if anyone wants to link up please pm me.
November 6, 2012 at 12:43 pm #829571LadyHoldemMemberIf you US guys are owed a lot of money (or potential earnings from referred players) could you not set up an offshore company somewhere and continue to earn from score? I appreciate this would be a ball ache and expensive, but could be worthwhile if you are potentially going to lose significant $$$$.
November 7, 2012 at 6:07 pm #829585yuhongMemberIt surprises me that Score Affiliate Program even responded to this post. If they think that saying some nice words, patting our heads, and saying “Run along now” is going to make any of the the US Affiliates feel better, they are sadly mistaken. There is absolutely no basis to remove us. I know that it is legal to do, but it is a slap in the face. I will never be involved with Ladbrokes, Score Affiliates, or any casino that Score Affiliates promotes in the future.
Fool me once, shame on you.. fool me twice, then I have only myself to blame. So, shame on you Ladbrokes!
November 7, 2012 at 10:54 pm #829590AnonymousInactiveThey offered me a laughable amount of money supposedly 6 months worth of affiliate percentage.
