InactiveEmpire emphatically denies any involvement, but they will “look into” their affiliates being the target. I think CPays may have finally relented to the public pressure, and “our friend” is establishing himself with a new vendor.
I wonder if he won the CPays contest, and if they paid him off ????

I remain confident with my personal findings. I hope Empire follows through and looks into this further. I have a rather large post on standbye in the event cpays does not disengage themselves from the current marketing practices they are now employing.
In the meantime I will continue on submitting spam reports.
