    I hear what you are saying but most affiliate programs and companies who are not in the ‘adult’ market will have similar terms, preventing affiliates from tarnishing their brand name.

    I’ve never heard this mentioned before.

    I know I’ve never seen it in the T&C’s – but then I never looked (had no need or interest).

    I definitely understood and agree with the need to protect a sites brand.
    It was the one sided nature of the email that took me by surprise.
    Just like them closing down one affiliate system and forcing everyone to use score instead.

    seems like a legitimate request :) they might have only added this to their T&C recently and thats why they’re pushing it in a way that seems a bit aggressive but I’m guessing it’s just because they’ve been ordered to comply to certain rules by someone
