The text of that article doesn’t offer much :

Gambling911.com has learned that there will be more charges filed against individuals involved in the online gambling industry on Wednesday.

Little information has been obtained other than that the charges will be announced on Wednesday. It is not known how many people will be named in this complaint but it will be newsworthy according to our sources.

I think the DoJ has cottoned on that they don’t really need to do much, just circulate some stories, do the odd arrest, accept some money and the industry will do the rest.
