Roxy Affiliates paid me with an NSF cheque, and as a result of that I have got myself charged by my bank for cashing it.
I e-mailed a copy of the letter I had received from my bank together with a copy of the cheque to an affiliate manager at Roxy over a month ago. Mr. Emile Ben-Atar replied to me that he will look into the problem. I have not heard from him since then, and the manager did not bother to respond to my last e-mail.
Has anyone at CAP had any similar issues with this affiliate program?
Problem solved, the company has issued a new cheque, also compensating me for the NSF bank charge.
Thanks for confirming this was solved – they use Datacash as do most other MGS brands so this was probably a one-off issue.
