InactiveIt’s like all casinos James, they are gonna perform great for some affiliates and not so great for others. I for one am very pleased with their performance. My monthly deposits are already exceeding some programs I have been working for 2 years, so they are really doing a great job keeping my players at the tables.
I think this new software is still in its infancy stage but if they continue to make progress with new slot games and what not then I can see them being a player in the industry in time. All and all I am quite pleased.

LucretiaMemberBonusstreak : Rome isn’t a scam casino, they are converting pretty well for us. Like most new casinos and software when they are launched they have a few bugs, I am glad to see another place come out and be US friendly for my players. I will give them the time and the chance to get all the bugs fixed.
You really should do research before you make such statements.
Bonusstreak you posted this a while a go. Have things deteriorated so fast for you?

BlackbuddyMemberAll,
Gee, Rome Casino has been doing pretty well for LiveCasinoDirect.com, pretty much better every month since we got on with them, as far as i know.
Cheers,
Os.

GuestIts good to see you Rick.
top that: with an excellent observation.
I forget now who it was but I remember it was someone i very much respect in the industry … told me that they had dismal results with Rome (and actually my memory leans towards a harsher word than dismal) … and that was good enough for me.
I came into this thread hoping to read a lot of posts that would lead me to reconsider but I just don’t see it.

Purely BingoMemberI have to agree with two posts.
The first one from “Bonusgeek”
And
The second quoted post of “Bonusstreak” by “Inspiration”.It is always hard in the first few months to evaluate an Affiliate Program :sarcasm: but when you have a lot of US traffic, and your main clients got ordered to stop taking any new registrations from the USA, then you have to make a move.
Rome was for us one of the first platforms we used as we use to only stick to MG. In the three months I have been working with Josh, we’ve had a very good start with good amounts of registrations and purchasing players. After 1 month we already had better figures than the small MG operator we were working with for the past 8 months. We are only talking about a couple of hundred purchasing players, but knowing it was a new platform, Top Game was really new to most of the guys out there and we believe results were good. Three months later, we are doing better and better to the point where Rome just entered our top 10 (:3eyes: out of 44 programs we’ve worked with over the past 4 years). I don’t believe in anything else than numbers as they are real tangible element of a program performance; and many people will understand my point when I say I was really worried about MG pulling out of the states; but having found a partner like Rome today, helped me feel more comfortable about the future.
I’m not saying that things have been perfect, we did have a few issues as we started but it was resolved within 24 hours. They have fast response time and most of all are available 24 hours a day for any problems, which is not the case with everyone today.
I do agree that they are young but they will grow and do better to achieve excellent results, as a start though, Rome is delivering above and beyond our expectations and even three months later keep on growing our numbers.

InactiveYeah Rome is flaky for me lately too.
Anyone else have massive ‘returns’ in their account? And have you been paid for April?
June 2, 2009 at 2:25 am #800300
AnaSimicMemberTook 3 gentle “remindings” before we got paid. Conversion rate was subpar for test traffic we send to them till May. May month improved RPP (Revenue per player) by a lot, we were actually considering to send real traffic to them but guess what happened May 31st? Right, returns. Just little bit shy of 10.000$ returns put them back to subpar affiliate program they are.
Wouldnt recommend to anyone.June 2, 2009 at 5:24 pm #800321
AFFManagerMemberYeah, Rome hasn’t worked for me as good as I though.
