I really wouldn’t recommend sending your US players here. I pissed off so many players who tried to sign up but were refused an account – on the basis that they’re US based (and not in the banned 11 states).
Never again.

These players were never removed from your account, so there is no need to add them again. You will continue to earn commission on all the players you brought in from the US.
