I have heard that obtaining a while label casino using Rival systems is not as difficult as others, but the online casino itself is responsible for their own licensing correct?
I am fairly certain that you would have to take it up with the licensing body, which in this case is Cyrus so good luck there. Heck, I thought that the government over there took over all the gaming sites but that could have been just rumor.
So I continued to look around and am basically not surprised. It seems to be a low quality joint.
I copied this from their about us page and it makes little sense… typos and all:

Hi there Liz hope your well! I am confused why your posting about a player issue on an affiliate forum? From what I am told you supplied wrong wire info but the casino did attempt to send your winnings to you, also they have recently supplied you with a tracking # for the check that is on it’s way now. I find your post to be very misleading to be honest.
Without starting a stir I would like to point out that Casino Affiliate Programs|Best Casino Affiliate Program – affgoldmine.com is still running smoothly by the operator not Rival.
As a long time affiliate you should know that this forum is for posting affiliate concerns, not player issues… CM is the place to post a POB on player issues.Also I am curious if you feel this way about Rival white labels why do you still market and earn off them on your home page?
I agree there were way too many WL handed out back in the cowboy days but I know Rival is trying to clean up their act these days.. I think we will see a very different future with Rival such as a whole new level of transparency.
Answer is simple: To get results, which it did!
