    hi again,

of the casinos I visited none of them made any special effort to tell USA players how they can deposit.

You can’t just assume they will know or that they wil ask. The casinos proudly announce they welcome USA players but then you don’t take them the rest of the way.

I understand why things are done as they are done but if you’re going to advertise you accept USA players then at least don’t be afraid to tell them to contact support for complete details on how to deposit.

both of the ones I visited seemed uniform (I’ve actually played at four or five but some were a while back) and nobody had anything about contacting support to get additional details for USA players.

my debit card was declined (yes there’s money in it) and if I recall you told to contact support for other deposit options but when you enter the ewallet area there is no logo for the deposit option most USA is currently using.

You guys should have something that says “if you don’t see your deposit option here, contact support: we are adding new alternatives all the time and may not have that option listed yet” … and I”d go as far as to add “USA included”.

If you can’t do it for courtesy sake then consider that if you get them that far …. don’t lose them at the gate. Getting them into the casino doesn’t put bread on the table. deposits do.

and the video poker has got to have higher credit values than current.

if one of those casinos was my casino please let me know and I don’t mind you calling me out here either. I do want to help and I have actually spend the last few days working on some of the welcome emails for players including US players. If the deposit was rejected at thisisvegas I can at least have a look at your account to see what the reason is.

    Hi all,

they’ve (AM’s) have all been good in as far as returning my requests save one which either didn’t understand or just chose to ignore … could have been either as it wasn’t an ordinary request. Some of you other AM’s will get this from me probably in time.

I have one retraction. It seems for some unknown reason (to date) my account has been flagged as a risk of some kind and as such the video poker games have a restricted amount i can wager on them.

I am told they usually have a limit of $5 a credit value which is much more to my liking.

What I find worrisome now is why was my account flagged? I am the type that usually doesn’t even accept bonuses and IMHO I’m the perfect player-type that I would want signed up under me.

So why then is my perfect idea of a player being restricted? I wasn’t given an answer but was told it would be investigated.

apparently this goes across the rival brand but curiously enough one place had a fifty cent credit limit the next a quarter.

so I’m only half as trustworthy at one casino as I am at the next but the flag goes out across the board.

that and the fact I know there is no reason to have flagged me both concern me not as a player but very much as an aff.

any of you managers that want my account info it is probably bb1webs or stevebb1.

you can publicly post the reason as long as it doesn’t include anything to do with that night with the police, the doberman and that chic (I swear I thought he was a she) or whatever it was …….. because I wouldn’t want that to get out past my few close personal friends here at CAP

    :)

    Hi again all,

okay I was going to write this to John who has been excellent about working with me and so have several others including Absolute and Lions .. really all of them I have contacted.

anyway here’s the thing about flagging aff accounts. I have written an entire review that now totatlly sucks because I made my comments based on what I saw.

I didn’t do anything more than try to know what it was that I was talking about by playing the casino.

so to save other affs the trouble of writing a second review like I will now have to do …. take the hint and either let us know we’re being flagged or take it off.

    Hi BB1webs

Sorry for the late reply however I am currently in London organising my visa for Affilicon Conference in Israel. On a side note anyone that will be attending please let me know so we can meet up.

To answer your questions, Sloto’Cash does not block a player account from receiving bonus, if the player has an account at another Rival Casino. The only reason we would block a player account is due to duplicates at Sloto’Cash or history of Credit Card chargebacks and even in these cases we manually review the account. Your account at Sloto’Cash was not flagged and is currently active.

With regards to the deposit options for US players, it is a requirement of our credit card processing company that we do not openly advertise US deposit methods on our website and therefore we proactively deal with credit card declines via email and phone on player sign up.

The casino cashier shows the deposit methods available to the customer based on the Country they sign up from. So for example a player from the US would only see the payment methods eWalletXpress, UseMyWallet, Credit Card and Click2Pay.

The casino cashier provides a sign up link for the individual e-wallets to obtain an account if the player is not already registered.

If you would like to schedule a call to discuss anything in more detail please email me.

    All the best
