InactiveI’m pretty sure Jeff at Casinoblasters handles the eBay auction stuff. You should be able to reach him by calling the contact number at Casinoblasters.com.

poker1Memberthat cool.
I have a friend who’s daughter did the tattoo thing on her forhead for GP. There paying for her son’s college, plus 10K.
Think I’d rather pay Yahoo for a few keywords than put a tat on my face.

InactiveI got this email today from ebay:
The sale of food is regulated by the federal government and most state governments. Sellers who list food and food-related products should familiarize themselves with these laws before listing such items on eBay. Prior to listing any food on eBay, sellers should read the ‘Additional Information’ section to learn more about what food items are not permitted.
So they removed my listing!!! on the second to the last day! lol
P.S. I’m really bummed out!~ i wanted to see how this was going to turn out…. i had 15 watchers, 1200 hits, and a lot of talk about the auction! But then this email ended it all..
P.s. Yes the government screwed me once again!

Then why did they list that Grilled Cheese sandwich that GP bought. It was food, or was at one time.

poker1MemberThats so goofy of ebay…not likely it will get consumed as a food item….perhaps listing under some other category. -and/or in the title listing-put “non-edible”
Who knows…
good luck!

InactiveYea, I don’t understand why they removed it, i see a lot of food items selling. I just talked to jeff @ goldenpalace he’s the ebay buyer and he seemed upset. This kills the whole auction and i doubt that it will have the same effect if i re-list it.
🙁 :madat:

Inactiveok i got the email back from ebay here is what they said.
“you may be unaware but when listing novelty type food items we
must ask that you include that it is not for consumption. I know most
people should know that its not for eating, but just in case!I’m sorry about the confusion, you may relist your item as long as you
make sure to add, “not for consumption.”If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reply to this
email and let us know.”I relisted my cheeto and added “not for consumption.”.
Here is the link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160065647602
Item number: 160065647602
