what do you mean “display on my page”? don’t you use html editor? I’m afraid i didn’t quite get you.
For the review snippet, I believe you do have to have the ratings on your website. This isn’t such a bad thing and can help gain user trust.
As for product images, Google doesn’t support them yet, but can be done through merchant center and AdWords.

You may use some plugins such as Author hReview if you are using wordpress or you may check schema.org for some guidelines if you want to implement it manualy.
If you use plugin, you may decide on with pages or posts it will be displayed so this shouldn’t be a problem.
If you want to display your page as it would appear on Google after using rich snippets, you may use Structured Data Testing Tool in Webmaster tools.Use GWT to help you get it all set up. You will need some sort of ranking system, search for plugins. There are quite a few.
