Pretty good site and CMS.
It lacks some pictures, in my opinion. I would put a good promotional banner.
But looking good already.
IMO, its too male.
It needs to be more playful and have more eye candy for women to like it. It looks like a poker site.

That depends on what you call a nice girl – too sexy can be offensive to women, as can too ugly.
You are trying to appeal to middle aged women here, not teens. Bingo is FUN and your site looks like a stock market report. Works for poker but bingo is very different.
Go and look at some of the actual bingo halls, look at colors there.
I’m not sure about the amount of banners on the homepage, it does seem a bit impersonal.
However I do like the reviews, they seem more honest then most sites and more personal which is certainly a big pro, especially on bingo sites.
