I’ll keep it simple and break it down into the three points you are focusing on.
1. Layout-I have to say I do like the overall layout of your site. It isn’t too bogged down with flash banners and has an overall organized look and feel.
2. Content-I do believe that the content can be consolidated and moved around to better optimize your site. The homepage goes into quite a bit of detail, some of which you might want to put on other pages. This way you can keep your visitors looking around the site for longer, instead of only exploring the homepage. Think of your homepage as a teaser for the rest of your site.
3. Sales Potential-This could use a bit of work. Without actually clicking on the play button next to each game you describe on your homepage, I don’t know where you are leading me to. Players need some more information before sent off to a site. Check your stats on these sites-you may be getting high traffic with low conversion to registrations and money players. A good idea would be to introduce reviews of the different casino sites you are sending your traffic, and make sure that when someone clicks on a link, they know where they are being directly.
