Asaf ShachafMemberHi,
When a player is suspended their figures are removed from your affiliate account, whether they have won or lost.
I have sent you a PM so that I can look into this negative figure for you
Kind Regards
Kelly

InactiveSo if for example a player won $10000 and this therefore put you in $-10000 if that player was suspended that minus figure would be removed from your account and your account would show $0
So the affiliates suck all winnings of the closed accounts. What’s your role if this happens? You are no-lose! Is it fair? :madat:

Asaf ShachafMemberI dont understand why you think this is unfair?
A fraudulant player comes to bet365 and spends £100 and loses it all… lets say you earn 30% commission you then get £30.
That player has stolen a credit card therefore we close his account and send back the £100 to the credit card company.. We remove the player from your affiliate account which in turn then removes the £30 commission from your account. You have not lost any funds we have not lost any funds..
Alternatively if a player bets £100 and wins and you then go to negative balance of Minus-£30 when this player is suspended we remove this negative figure from your account.
I hope this was a better explanation
kind regards
Kelly
