MissMMemberI was still in doubt about joining this program, but this is the second negative post I read here, so I think I’ll pass!

NonypepleMemberGet rid of the negative carry over program affiliates !!!

InactiveI don’t want anyone to think I am saying do not join because that isn’t the case, I just want everyone to know they do have the carry over in the terms. I personally would not join because of that but that is my choice but others don’t mind a neg carry over as long as the program & AM are honest from the start up!!

wbprofitsMemberThanks for the heads up as I do NOT like Neg Carry Overs

misswiggMemberMaybe we should start a ‘programs that have negative carryover list’. It would be great as a reference for new affiliates to use

Since the other thread was closed after the AM made a comment about his program NOT having a Neg Carry Over, he insisted on it in fact but I am here to tell you that is not true and according to their terms they do in fact have it!!
Dated:2012-07-23 – Commissions – Negative Carryover
At our sole discretion, we may impose a policy that if the amount due is negative or less than USD10 in any particular month, then (i) any negative amount will carry over and will be deducted against the following month,The date highlighted is the date the terms were entered into the crawler for AGD, as of today those terms are still there. It is not a predatory term just something that is a warning. I am more concerned the AM has insisted they do not have this rule when it clearly shows in the terms they do!!
Hi Christine,
Since the very get-go I’ve told CAP reps (and anyone else who asked me) that PlazaWin doesn’t have negative carry over. Since the recent thread by Damian came up I’ve asked PartyGaming IT (as they handle our white label site and we are under Party’s very-strict regulator so cannot touch it directly) to modify the T&Cs. 2 or 3 days ago they finally made the modification:
4.4 … At our sole discretion and in cases where foul play is suspected, we may impose a policy that if the amount due is negative or less than USD10 in any particular month, then (i) any negative amount will carry over and will be deducted against the following month. However on normal basis and for the vast majority of cases, negative amounts will NOT carry over and will NOT be deducted against the following month
I’ve been in the industry since 1999 and I expect anyone who knows me (and most of you do!) knows how to reach me.
I’m available at [email protected] for any questions, feedback, praise or scorn. I’m also on CAP, GPWA, AGD, Meister, PAL, PAP, etc. so email me, PM me, call me, or come see me at the office, I’m available most of the time. I can safely say that NO AFFILIATE will get screwed over by PlazaWin and that’s a guarantee. In fact, no affiliate working with us has ever had negative balance carried over and we’ve had several affiliates with negative balances in certain months.
I’ve actually tried to contact you a few times in the past months through emails and facebook messages but never got a reply.Cheers,
