I figure it might be easier to also focus on affiliate programs/ online casinos based in other jurisdictions such as Malta, Israel, Gibraltar, etc. It should not make much of a difference as long as they speak English.
I would just browse through the known online gaming job portals and see if they have any interesting vacancies.
