Is your Referspot stats ok now?
I’m waiting for an update from Irwin. I don’t have a ‘no update’ problem.. but it seems like a lot of purchasing players were absent in October. I noticed and asked about this BEFORE any casinos locked player accounts for being in the 11 restricted states. My Referspot stats are a little disappointing considering how many total depositing players I have, and my past efforts and results. I’m concerned about the new ‘one-email login’ and how that might affect my affiliate account.
If everyone else’s is fine now, maybe my players were just on October Break and/or live in the 11 restricted states.
Could be, anything’s possible. Disappointing though.
I started out the month at “0”. My account shows absolutely no player activity but, I am minus $100. How’d that happen?

Referspot stats were a little slow updating as we have been together with Microgaming upgrading our severs, however this has been resolved.
I am sure you all know about the restricted states and what sort of effect this has being an affiliate.
As allot of players from the restricted states can not purchase this will affect your stats.
More4me please contact me via e-mail so that we can look into your stats, I am sure there must be an explanation for this.

I am still waiting to hear from you as I thought last week you told me you’d contact me by Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. I haven’t heard from you at all. I know you’re very busy, understandable. I did try and phone you twice in the past hour.. but they said your phones were going to voicemail or something.
Being Friday, end of the day for you, I guess it won’t be this week.
As you know, I contacted Referspot before any player accounts being locked even occurred.
I am sure you all know about the restricted states and what sort of effect this has being an affiliate.
I am very well aware of the recent changes regarding restricted states. BUT.. I do believe I just had one of my best months ever with Casino Rewards and had a fantastic month in earnings from October. So… I’m not buying that as the only issue. I also had a great month with Grand Monaco, Microgaming also. Substantially more than I made with Referspot in October.
Considering I have well over 300 depositing players with Referspot, why did I only have 4 in October?
My other MGS affiliate accounts are still very active. My Referspot account, I can’t imagine. But to pass this off as just the recent online gambling restrictions is not a good answer for me.
I’m disappointed because I feel that you aren’t giving me any real answers to my questions from a month ago that I first posed to Gordon. I realize things take time.. but it’s been a month and I’ve received no answers or real explanation. To generalize and say the 11 restricted states is making this affect, without being able to even tell me how many players I had locked regarding that, makes me feel like you’re not taking our earnings and accuracy very serious. It is serious to me.
I didn’t want to post anything here, but you didn’t contact me as you said this week, it’s been a month with no answers, and I don’t think you’re putting much priority into resolving this for me.
I am disappointed.

I don’t see how this could be explained “logically” but I am emailing you right now Irwin!
Daera and more4me, GamTrak stats seem to be off as well. I have emailed Irwin as I cannot reach him by phone. I notice more4me, that your loyalty is giving cent amounts. GamTrak is showing a minus $213.91 in loyalty which seems a bit odd considering you can only redeem by $10 increments, or so I think.
Irwin, please contact me by email once you read the email I sent you along with a screenshot of GamTrak’s current stats showing the odd number in loyalty.

I’ve been thinking about those cent amounts in your loyalty, and wonder if it’s from redeeming the loyalty then playing those dollars in more than one casino and maybe not each of those casinos are under your tag, and maybe it’s splitting it up according to what was played on your tag leaving you with cents.
I’m just guessing. That’s all I an think of.
