I’d suggest using the contact form on their website to communicate with them just to be safe (until you get a response to the form you submit):

I haven’t done anything with this group in years, but I never had any problems when I did work with them in the past.
I didn’t receive anything from the support form, but further emails have come from @referprom.com .. and I was able to access statistics and did notice there was an amount fairly close to that I was due from 2005! I was still suspicious but after this I did give my neteller account number and email address, they’d need my secure code and password to get any further I presume..
