LindaFebruary 16, 2009 at 2:03 pm #795366AnonymousInactiveI’m not saying that I don’t get a response from support….
I’m just saying it takes some time to respond….
February 16, 2009 at 3:28 pm #795371AnonymousInactiveI have personally written to support by email a few times and also have used the online support form a NUMBER of times and each and every time my requests for support have been ignored.

Universal4February 16, 2009 at 3:36 pm #795372AnonymousInactiveI have a strange thing that happened in my Refer Income Stats.
I signed a player, that played in the casino.
The netwin was $100
The revenus shows as $25.There is a Bonus of $25
My net commission is $0
The revenue in question is in the casino not the sportsbook.
Based upon the terms, if there is $100 in netwin, the 25 should come off of that which should mean the commissions should be based upon $75.
My calculations tell me I should have earned $18.75 not $0.
So is it normal for this group to take the bonus off the commission and not take it from the netwin?
Traffic is just too damn hard to come by to see this, ask about it and then not get any answers.

I believe I have responded to your question in earlier emails more than once.
did you get my email?you had 1 player: 1375660
he has $100 USD in free money (no deposit)… he played and lost it all.
that is why it shows:
Net win $100. revenue : $25from the $100 that the user received: we charge 25% to the affiliate.
meaning $25 (comps & bonuses)which means the next commission is $25 – $25 = $0
I understand that the label:
Bonuses & Comps = 25.00 USD is misleading. I will ask the tech guy to fix that.Again, sorry for the delays for support response. we are currently understaffed but we will be joined soon with 2 new account managers. hopefully very soon
thank you.

Referincome.comFebruary 17, 2009 at 2:59 am #795403AnonymousInactiveI have never once recieved an email from you…
I am a VERY active member of a number of forums, (although I do not visit here often) and with attempt of me to contact you I am sure you could see my frustration growing since I have been requesting support for a number of weeks….and with each attempt I kept explaining that no one was contacting me.
At this point I will not comment on my particular issue, but wish the opportunity to discuss this case with you further.
HOWEVER, since a LOT of affiliates are complaining that they are having trouble getting support, it very well may be possible that YOUR mail server is having issues.
In my case it is not a simple case of your mail hitting a spam filter, since I run my own mail server I have a very thorough knowledge of why I may not get mail.
Unless your mail server is on more than 2 black lists, does not have an spf record, or has no reverse dns entries my mail server WILL accept your mail. My server scans 4 black lists and does a reverse check and takes all mail unless you fail 3 of 5 checks.
Even if you don’t have an spf it still gets through and just tells me it failed.
I provided a fair amount of detail in case you wanted to send it to your techs.
I am not trying to be accusatory, but it certainly looks like you “may” have a problem since so many people have mentioned that they never get replies. (this is not the only forum where I have heard this bytheway)
If you would please try and send me a test email from the account that you would normally reply to support requests, maybe we can figure out what is up.

I checked my mail program. it shows email sent to you on January 5th.
I am not sure why you did not receive it. I will notify the tech dept about the email issues.
thank you for your help and I apologize for the inconvenience.Linda
