InactiveI removed all their links (at least the ones I can still find), surprisingly the last few months they were ok considering
they were getting almost zero exposure but lately
back to being a pathetic performer.

InactiveSame for me, they aren’t very well in the conversion area.
It may have something to do with the 6 day turnaround time on support emails and the lack of help available.March 16, 2004 at 2:06 am #646285Anonymous
InactiveReferBack was on top of the world not too long ago … they
completely missed the Poker boom … they were positioned to
own that market and they simply blew it … who knows
how many more markets they will loose from now on … on top
of slipping down the slippery slope to oblivian.

InactiveThere are definitely a few things that worry me about them.
When I promote them heavily, I make no more than $15 or $20 a month. When I drop them as far as possible, I go up to around $200 per month.
All the other programs give me a realistic return on the exposure given to them, but something is not right currently with Referack and their casinos and I do hope they fix it soon.
They casinos they represent are some of the oldest most respectable casinos around. The things that worries me however is that according to Alexa.com their popularity has steadily been slipping in the past 3-4 months.
Taking my wallet into consideration I have dropped them and replaced them with more casinos from my performing casino groups. The results has been that I have had about a 30% growth in revenue in the past two months with no significant increase in the traffic to my sites.
I am keen to hear their opinion on what might be the problem.

InactiveFrom a players persepective: the biggest thing that has kept me from playing there is their inpersonal service and that’s if you even get any serviec when you need it. They typically take on average 4-5 days to respnod to email inquiries. And if the email they send you requires you to respond, you can bet on wiating an additonal four more days until the next response.
I find their websites overly cluttered too with too much reading and not enough content. Their promotions are similarly confusing where as instead of just a plainly written, straightforward promo or bonus they often are complicated, detailed and are ontent rich presentations that just make me uninterested and very quickly finding my clicks elsewhere.

InactiveI do alright with them. It varies greatly from month to month. They have very nice casinos, I wish they could be more profitable.
The main thing about Referback, EVERYONE has them on their sites. This is alot of competition. They have a huge amount of webmasters in their program.

GuestI wish I could run that deal for about 3 months. I’d put it back on top and take no prisoners doing it.
