Now it is all going to Fortune Lounge! I have a large campaign on the free spin offer – the fortune lounge site doesn’t even mention it.
What are my players thinking of me – misleading them like that?
And it is impossible for me to stop it now. I hope this is a temporary quirk.
Ok, it appears your sites are down and this pops up by default.

I am unable to log in to my Fortune Affiliate Account. It is saying email not recognised. Last time this happened there was a problem with the FA site.
It’s the same for me.
I am sure they are experiencing tech difficulties.
Yeah everytime their servers go down everything redirects to FL. I guess it’s better than it going to a blank page like the others do when they are down.
I just checked and the sites are working on my end but the FA site is still not allowing me to login.
Well, looks like everything is up and running again!

I just called them. They said it will be fixed in the next 24 hours :banger:
Weekend plus Bank Holiday today. That figures. As long as they still capture any account conversions thats ok.

Our system is set to redirect to Fortune Lounge instead of a blank page when there are problems.
We did have some issues over the weekend but these are resolved now.Redirects are working again, the site is up (you can login) and stats are almost up to date (catching up as we speak).

It was up yesterday, but its down again today.
Well I guess this explains why just tonight I had a member contact me to say they could not get to the 100 free spins page and was redirected to Fortune Lounge. I kind of dismissed it and asked them to phone support so now I need to followup with them.
This is not good I may have lost a potential customer. Why not just have a page that states their is a problem and to try back later? Atleast they don’t get frustrated!
