Inactivelook, I was told by the Casino that my bonus was legit to wager. Both the 1st and 2nd support told me I had no problem. When I won, it was a different story. This group is ghetto as they come. They have no integrity at all. They say one thing and change their mind just like Monarchs.
also, lets say that I violated their terms and condition. If support told me from the start how all other casinos will let you know, do you think I would have wasted 4 to 5 hours playing that bonus? either they have no commend sense or they knew exactly what they were doing. They knew what they were doing. All the support I chatted with Katrina and Joice suddenly disappeared or went home when I tried calling them.

Inactiveheres all the proves that before I even wagered a cent of that bonus, I made sure I chatted with the Casino if my bonus was legit
who was right? if I did have another account or I really don’t care what I violated from the terms and condition, the Casino support suppose to let me know when I chatted with them before I wagered the bonus. that was the reason I talked to them, to make sure I was playing a legit bonus. They said yes and in the end , when I won, look at them saying i can’t cash out. IS THIS LEGIT??? DO YOU THINK, THEY WILL PAY AFFILIATES IF THEY DON’T EVEN PAY PLAYERS?
also, I really don’t think I created 2 accounts here and even if that was the case, I know many other online Casinos that just lets the players know if I they have another account and just delete the other one from the start. they probably just made that up with one of my other accounts from their sister casino. This ppl knew exactly what they were doing. they thought I would never meet the playthrough and just let me continue playing without saying anything from the beginning. If they were atleast half legit, the support would have taken the responsibily and pay up the winnings. Trust me, the GM knew all about this.

InactiveIs it just me or many casino support live chat have the same names. Katarina, joice, Kim and couple others. They can’t be the same or can they? If so, that be really messed up. I had a feeling Kim from monarchs was same Kim from grand prive. Do they all use the same chat support?
