Here is my experience.
I got my Jan-Feb commissions payment combined,
but as I was getting them into my Neteller acc. and that whole thing happened it was delayed, I finally did get the check for that, it was cut on April 3rd, but I did not get that (regular mail) until Apr. 17th. (so roughly two weeks from when they cut it)The March Comm. was also cut sometime in Mid-April, but I did not get the funds until May 2nd.
My April Comm. is showing as carryover now since they are paying quarterly.
I have found that they are still honoring the committment to the affiliates as agreed, although like everyone else in the industry it seems working with new payment processors has really slowed things down.
The Irony of this is my revenue has really cranked up since the beginning of the year, I am doing better on VIP than I had in the previous 3 years with them. Including seeing inactive accounts for like the past two years now becoming active and playing with pretty decent amounts!
SO despite the delays in payment processing, they are still doing something right, and are doing right by me.
If they said your payments are on the way, I would just be patient, as I have found that they are still good to their word.

They sent me a message on the 10th that it should be here in two weeks. 12 days out and no check has anyone been paid for April?
